Registration Registrations will be accepted until August 27th 2010. In order to simplify the registration process and for environmental reasons, we will favour online registration. You can also register by fax using the registration form and returning it to 418 529-3723. Please advise us if you have any special needs. Registration fee Pre-conference (September 15th): $65. This fee includes lunch, a break and the related documentation.
The registration fee for the National Workshop for Driver Rehabilitation Specialists and the NMEDA - Canada Conference (September 16 & 17) are as follows:
$275 early bird - before July 1 st$325 after July 1 st$200 for students $200/ one day
This fee includes the conferences the breaks and meals, the evening cocktail event and related documentation .
Spouses Fee For Meals on September 16th & 17th, 2010.
$150 Early bird fee (before July 1st , 2010) $175 After July 1st , 2010
