Access to Services

Depending on the nature of the new request, it will be processed as follows:

  • The Admission, Evaluation and Orientation Service (AEO) will process requests for rehabilitation and social integration services.
  • The Technical Aids Program will process requests for new equipment or technical aids, as well as those pertaining to their maintenance, adjustment or repair. 

Access to Rehabilitation and Social Integration Services

The Admission, Evaluation and Orientation Service will process all requests for rehabilitation and social integration services. Its staff will provide you with information about:

  • the admission criteria specific to each program;
  • the healthcare professionals you need to consult prior to filing a request for services with the IRDPQ;
  • the documents you need to submit with your request.
